This patch adds new key definitions for KEY_CAMERA_ACCESS_ENABLE,
KEY_CAMERA_ACCESS_DISABLE and KEY_CAMERA_ACCESS_TOGGLE. Additionally
hid-debug is adjusted to recognize this new usage codes as well.
